What is your returns & exchange policy?
If you would like to return something you have ordered from Kitchendinning, please contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To allow us to process your return, please include either the original packing slip you received with your order or a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have either of these, please include your name, order number and contact details.
We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items but can supply a return postage label for use within the UK mainland for $3.99.
Returning from overseas? Unfortunately we cannot offer a free returns label and cannot refund the price of your return. If your item is faulty please get in touch with us so we can assist you further.
We are only able to offer returns on Personalised Products and Bath & Body if the items are faulty.
Bedding can only be returned if it is in its original, unopened packaging, or if it is faulty.
We are unable to exchange returns for different products.
How can I make a return?
Faulty or Damaged Items
If any of the items in your order are faulty or damaged, then please fill in our contact us form here within 30 days of your order being delivered, and our customer services team will assist further to provide a returns label where necessary.
Unwanted Items
We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items but can supply a return postage label for use within the UK mainland for $3.99.
